Hey there, I’m Teresa—artist, teacher, iced coffee lover, sunshine chaser, and your go-to creative cheerleader.

I started this journey not just with paintbrushes and pretty things—but with purpose. In 2016, my world cracked wide open when I lost my sister to Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), a rare and cruel brain illness. In the middle of that heartbreak, I picked up a paintbrush... and something in me began to heal. Painting became my therapy, my outlet, and eventually—my mission.

Now? I help other women—especially those feeling a little lost, a little worn out, or just craving something of their own—find peace, confidence, and joy through creativity. Whether you’re an empty nester, navigating change, or simply in need of a little “me time,” you are welcome here.

I’m a Certified One Stroke Decorative Painter with 15+ years of experience making art approachable, relaxing, and dare I say... fun? I teach easy-to-follow acrylic painting classes in-person and online, host creative paint parties, design art kits, and offer both hand-painted and digital goodies that bring color and calm into your world.

My goal isn’t perfection—it’s peace. It’s giving you permission to try, to play, to mess up, and to laugh through the process. To sit down with a brush or glue and scissors and walk away with more than just a finished piece... but with a lighter heart and maybe even a new friend or two.
